FAQs

  • What do I need to bring with me to Discovery Cove?

A swimsuit is all you'll need as you'll be provided with a mask and snorkel, towels, and beach chairs. Meals, snacks and drinks are included with admission, which means you're not permitted to bring in other food, beverages or coolers. Beach lovers may want to bring a book or CD player.
  • Do I need to be a good swimmer to participate in the activities at Discovery Cove?

Not at all. Discovery Cove makes life jackets available, which can be used for snorkeling in the Grand Reef and while in the dolphin lagoons. There are also plenty of things to do for non-swimmers, including relaxing on the beach and feeding the exotic birds in the Aviary.
